We try to make getting your refills fast and easy. You may request refills in a number of ways:
It is the full responsibility of the patient or legal guardian/caregiver to monitor and manage medications. Always consider processing time and potential delays for all requests. For this reason we ask that you monitor your medications closely and request a refill when you have no less than ten (10) days of medication remaining. Last-minute refills are subject to the same processing time and potential delays but will be expedited wherever possible. Because refills must be recorded in your health record, we cannot refill prescriptions at night, on weekends, or over the holidays when the medical record is unavailable. A request for refill is not a guarantee and may be denied due to a number of reasons including failing to follow recommended follow-up visits.
