We are currently seeking experienced medical receptionist to join our team. Ideal candidates will have 2 years+ experience. Job duties to include checking patients in/out, answering phones, communicating with other doctors and facilities, authorizations, billing, and any other duty that may be assigned. Daily local travel from home to clinics, clinic to clinic, and to our main Hudson location for meetings is frequent and required, using your own vehicle. Scheduled 8 hour shifts Monday through Friday.

Job Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United State 
• Hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license 
• Have your own, private vehicle and ability to travel
• Have clean record
• Be physically-able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time and  lift and move moderately-weighted items over some distance
• Be able to listen and communicate effectively face to face

Full-time positions available. 

Cleaning of multiple medical offices including dusting, vacuum/sweep, mopping, disinfecting, cleaning toilets, windows, glass sliders, baseboards, garbage disposal.

Maintenance/handyman projects including minor repairs, painting, lighting, minor various projects, and other projects which might include, but are not limited to, flooring installation, wallpaper removal, grouting, furniture moving, and any other duty that may be assigned. 

Resume with maintenance/handyman and janitorial/cleaning experience are required. Daily local travel from home to clinics, clinic to clinic, and to our main Hudson location for meetings is frequent and required, using your own vehicle.
