Do you accept my insurance plan? Please refer to our Insurances page to see if your plan is listed. You may also contact one of our offices.
Do I have a copay? That is determined by your insurance and will vary depending on the insurance company and plan you have chosen. Information may be found on your card or by contacting your insurance company directly. Copays are always due at the time of your check-in.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation or no show service fee of $50 may be applied as a result of frequent or last-minute cancellations, no shows, or reschedules.
How can I pay my bill or copay? At this time, our offices only accept cash or checks. We do not currently accept debit or credit card payments but are looking to bring this convenience in the future. Payments may be made in person or sent to our Hudson office location.
What do I need to bring with me for my first office visit? You will need your new patient paperwork which can either be downloaded from our website or in person at the office, a list of all medications you are currently taking, your driver's license or photo ID, your insurance card, and cash or check payment for your copay, if you have one.
I received a bill but do not know why. Please contact our billing company at the number provided on your invoice.
