Effective January 1, 2025 Florida Blue no longer offers various MEDICARE and dual special needs plans including: 

• BlueMedicare Choice PPO in all Florida counties
• BlueMedicare Complete HMO (dSNP) in Hernando and Pasco
• BlueMedicare Premier HMO in Pasco
• BlueMedicare Select PPO in Pasco
• BlueMedicare Total HMO (dSNP) in Pasco
• BlueMedicare Value PPO in Pasco

You will receive correspondence directly from Florida Blue regarding your options. 

Please remember: it is always the patient's responsibility to notify their provider of new insurance.
