We advise you to explore all options available and do not recommend any Marketplace plans offered by Florida Blue. We encourage you to reach out to your current providers first to verify what plans they are in network with prior to purchasing any health insurance offering.

Dear patient, our practice has terminated our contract with Humana, to be effective 3/23/26 due to ongoing inappropriate billing practices by Humana, of which their director of provider contracting in Florida and specialist contracting professional refused to both acknowledge and resolve.
